BETA is London based breakbeat, house and all round music producer Ian Loveday. His style is deep, techy, melodic breakbeat with a progressive edge. Originally listening to all things music he tripped over the track. There's Gunna Be a Riot by the Dub Pistols (1996) and the love for breakbeat swiftly evolved into the techy sound of Marine Parade, Whole 9 Yards and Bedrock Breaks. Now influences range from the likes of Andy Page, Mike Truman and Paul Crossman. Classically trained on piano and a dab hand on the bass guitar music production started with a free version of logic 3 and a casio midi keyboard and was to be the start of a life long passion. Come Again on digi:P.A.C.K is BETA's first release, with many more to follow.
